PROACTIVE SATIFACTION SURVEY

2025 Student Satisfaction Survey Results

The Victorian Skills Authority's (VSA) conducts an annual survey program to monitor the performance and outcomes of vocational education and training (VET) in Victoria. The program includes the Student Satisfaction Survey and the Employer Satisfaction Survey.

The Student Satisfaction Survey invites students enrolled in a government subsidised VET course, who have completed or left early from study the year prior (e.g. 2024 results are for 2024 students), to have their say about their training experience and outcomes. In 2025, almost 74,500 students across more than 253 RTOs took part in the survey. The average response rate for all of Victoria was 44.1%.

Below are the 2025 results of our Student Satisfaction Survey. The overview outlines performance on key performance measures across student experience and outcomes with Proactive Training. State averages are also provided.
